The location is very accessible to the local tourist destinations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our baggages prior to check in.

There were mosquitoes and cockroaches. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were leftover food on the floor probably from previous guests.

The location is excellent..near fastfood and restaurants. Luneta is like a 2-minute walk. And all the other attractions are nearby. Then we were greeted by the friendliest staff. They do their best to accommodate you to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This was our 2nd time to stay there and apart from the location, the friendly staff was also worth returning to. The rooms are exactly what was in the picture. The space is bigger than others and very comfortable. My daughter didn't want to leave the room! It was truly a relaxing experience.

Some insects appeared during our stay but nothing that can't be fixed once you tell the staff. Didn't affect the overall experience.

The conversation about compensating for the figurine my child accidentally broke, valued at 500 pesos, lacked any explanation for its price or the consideration of a discount. Although the lack of internet connection due to a fiber cut was acceptable, it would have been reasonable to explore the option of a discount since it had been advertised.

Molto rumorosa, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione delle camere (il parquet di legno di stacca dal pavimento), la struttura presenta infiltrazioni di acqua dal soffitto, intorno alla a/c ci sarebbe bisogno di isolare meglio in quanto si vede la luce e quindi i topolini e scarafaggi che circolano intorno te li ritrovi in camera. Hotel privo di ristorante, bar. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Its very near the Luneta Park and sorrounded with food chains and shops. Few minutes walk to Robinsons.The reviews with friendly staffs is really right.
